Ronni was attracted to the advertising business because she loves – totally loves – to watch TV. But unlike most viewers, she’s constantly thinking about “who else is watching?!?” And “what products would sell well in this show?” As a result, she is a true slicer and dicer of ratings, a particularly important part of the art and science of putting a buy together.
Born in Brooklyn and educated in Florida, Ronni is a fixture in Chicago advertising circles. Prior to joining U.S. International Media in 2008, she was Broadcast Account Manager on the IKEA and Barilla accounts at Media Edge/CIA. Earlier, she held senior media positions at Jack Levy, SMY Media and Starcom in Chicago, supervising buying teams on clients including Pizza Hut, Midas, Turtle Wax, Kraft and McDonald’s. Her expertise includes product introductions, enhancing corporate image, category expansion and retail trade.
Ronni also loves to teach, and over the years, the training programs she developed have helped many of Chicago’s top media professionals find their way in the business.
