Mel is based at U.S. Interactive’s office in Las Vegas, a town he finds endlessly fascinating for all the right reasons: he’s a people watcher. And as Senior Director of Development and Strategy, almost everything he does begins with understanding consumer behavior
Mel began his career at Grey Advertising in San Francisco in 1994 and then held media positions with J. Walter Thompson and McCann-Erickson. In 1997 he was made Associate Media Director with DMNA, Inc. and later joined R&R Partners in Las Vegas as Corporate Media Research and Planning Strategist.
He is experienced in both traditional and online media , and has worked on a wide variety of accounts including Sprint, Safeway, NEC, VeriSign, Pfizer, Bally’s, Paris Las Vegas, the Flamingo, Caesars Palace, Luxor, and Coyote Springs Master-planned Community.
When not working – or people watching - Mel enjoys playing basketball, practicing martial arts and hanging out with his family. We’re glad he’s part of ours!
