“When Patriot calls, people listen!” would probably be an accurate (albeit not very original) slogan for Patriot Communications, a sister company of U.S. International Media, which Doug Livingston has been involved with for nearly two decades.
Patriot is an industry-leading provider of interactive telecommunications, database management and internet solutions including Interactive Voice Response, toll-free call routing, message broadcasting and live call center solutions.
Doug joined Dennis Holt and Western International Media Corporation (now Initiative) in 1989 and helped to create and operate Western Interactive Media, a specialty telecommunications company. Western Interactive became an independent entity in 1999, and was subsequently renamed Patriot Communications.
Under Doug's direction, Patriot has grown tremendously, processing more than 100 million toll-free telephone calls a year. The company has offices and client service locations in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Austin, Philadelphia, and New York and a staff of more than 100 marketing and telecommunications professionals. Clients include NBC Universal, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the American Red Cross, Curves International and Bally’s Total Fitness.
Prior to joining Western International Media, Doug worked as an Account Executive for AC&R/CCL, a Saatchi & Saatchi-owned advertising agency in Newport Beach, California.
